Who is Nirmaan for?

Small and mid-size Indian construction companies and builders - the owner, their project managers, and site managers who record the day's work from the site.

Does Nirmaan handle TDS?

Yes. Merchants carry a TDS profile (section 194C, 194J, 194H or 194I with the rate); invoices deduct TDS automatically, and a deposit reminder is created for the 7th of the following month, with quarterly return reminders alongside.

Can I use my existing Tally data?

Yes. Import Tally XML exports (ledgers and vouchers) - creditors become merchants, purchases become invoices, payments settle them. And you can export a date range back to a Tally-importable XML for your CA.

Does it work in Hindi or Marathi?

Yes - the interface, guide and navigation support English, Hindi and Marathi with a one-tap switcher.

Is there a mobile app?

Nirmaan is an installable web app: open it on your phone and use 'Add to Home Screen'. It launches full-screen like a native app, with no app store download.

How do site managers use it?

They sign in on their phone and mark today's attendance, material movements and expenses. They can only write for today - past days lock, and corrections go through the project manager with an audit trail.
